La Victoria

 Every week brings us just a bit closer to the end of construction on our educational building.  The second and fourth floors are finished and in full use.  The tile has been ordered and will be here the first of March so that we can finish the first floor.  We are still plastering the third floor and lack the windows and light fixtures... but we are so excited because the end is in sight!

Greetings from Glenn, Sherri, Aaron and Alex. It has been 13 years since we first arrived in Ecuador and it has been marvelous to see what the Lord had done... seeing our main work, the Bible Baptist Church of Sangolquí, become strong and then begin to reach out to other areas with the Gospel.  I would ask you to pray for Dad as he and our team of workers minister to the people in Santa Teresa, Santa Isabel, Mushuñan, Loreto, Las Palmeras, and El Inga.

Especially pray for the work in Mushuñan.  They are presently meeting under a tent, in a converted work shop, and in two nearby homes!  The Lord willing  by May we will have everything in order and pour the slab for an auditorium.  It is so exciting to see how the people are growing in the Lord. 

During her short-term missionary service here Miss Jenny dedicated herself to learning the language, culture, and heart of the Ecuadorian people and has become an invaluable member of our leadership team.  She progressed to the point that she is in charge of the children’s ministry in our main church as well as working with the teachers of the missions.  She also is directing both the puppet and drama ministries as well as being a valuable contributor to each and ever other endeavor of the work.

 We highly recommend her as a totally dedicated and godly young lady whose ministry will be a blessing to any church that chooses to make her part of their missionary family.

 Pastor, as much as possible we urge you to seriously consider making her part of your missionary family… and hastening the day when she will be able to return to her ministry here in Ecuador.
